1. Introduction and Definitions
By using the “Alimni Arabia” platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms. This agreement applies to all visitors, students, and users.
- The Academy: Refers to the “Alimni Arabia Academy” for education.
- The User/Student: Any individual who creates an account or benefits from the educational services.
2. Accounts and Security
- Information provided during registration (name, age, location) must always be accurate and up-to-date.
- The user is fully responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity that occurs through their account.
- Sharing a personal account with more than one individual is strictly prohibited; accounts are for individual educational use only.
3. Conduct and Educational Rules
- Students are committed to respecting teachers and colleagues during group sessions (whether remote or in-person).
- It is prohibited to use the platform for any commercial, political, or promotional purposes outside the scope of language and cultural learning.
- The Academy reserves the right to terminate the subscription of any student who misbehaves or violates public ethics without refunding fees.
4. Payment and Subscription Terms
- Advertised prices (e.g., 1500 ₺ per package) are applicable and subject to updates based on current offers.
- The educational program is activated immediately upon confirmation of payment via approved methods (Mada, Credit Cards, Bank Transfer).
- In the case of installments (if available), the student is committed to making payments on time to ensure continued access to materials.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Before the course starts: A full refund (minus transfer fees) is available if the cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the start date.
- After the course starts: Students are not entitled to a refund after attending the first session, as a seat has been reserved and educational resources have been allocated.
